The selected background, made within the UNESCO-regconized Trang An landscape complex and Van Long nature reserve, is surrounded by winding rivers running through limestone mountains, which form numerous natural fanciful, mysterious caves. So a journey along the tranquil river, through the caves, with the layer-cake mountains silhouetted against a peachy sky and sleepy buffalo huddled on the banks is a must.

DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 1: NINH BINH TOUR                                                                         (L)

Morning: Picked up at your hotel and depart for Ninh Binh.

Arrive in Ninh Binh, proceed to visit:

• Bai Dinh pagoda: You’ll get on an electric car to stroll around this 1000-year-old spiritual complex.It is one of the most well-known pagodas with many records in Vietnam.
• Mua Cave: Considered “The Great Wall of Vietnam” with a length of about 500 steps. Climbing on the mountain top, you’ll enjoy the breathtaking panoramic mountainous view.

After lunch, keep moving to visit Trang An Scenic Landscape Complex.

• This complex carries an impressive natural beauty with pristine water flowing slowly on the river, verdant forest, and vast fields. With 31 lakes and 48 magnificent grottoes, Trang An Complex creates a poetic and stunning picture. Amongst them, there are some caves with a length of about 2 kilometers such as Dia Linh, Sinh Duoc, and May grottoes.
• After exploring this place, you’ll come back to the port in the bamboo boat. You can also ride a bicycle to discover the natural landscape and local life here.

Return to Hanoi. End of service.
